Requirement #2. A little game of chance. We have to play a game were the odds could go in either directions.
But a single token ain’t cheap! Geezes. You either pay up and ‘HOPE’ lady luck favors you that day. If she doesn’t then you have to shell out for a second token and try, try again.
You can pay a much larger amount, but get several tokens (more then if you were paying individually) and go through the rounds that way. The kicker here, being that they sweeten the honey pot with a guarantee. “Ooooh, you give us money, it work! If it don’t, then we give you money back! Woho!”
(Okay, maybe those weren’t the exact words, but you get the idea.)
These are not your ‘back in the day’ quarter tokens either. More like five digits, about $15xxx per play, kind of deal. This challenge needs little thought put into it.
You all have been there before. Why buy that copy of Chrono Trigger that is missing the box, manual, and has a name in marker on it. When you can spend just a ‘little’ bit more and it get a better chance of being happy with your nearly mint and complete copy of the game to enjoy for many years to come.
